The original ruling body of the Cyberbot people, and arguable the reason for the end war. They were known as both the Senate and the Council

The Council was the ruling body of Chromium in the days of the cyberbots. They were the ones who decided the caste system which dominated their society and caused the issues that lead to the formation of the Destroids.
There were two main title in the senate, the Supreme, who was leader of the Military and the Dai Apex, the head of everything else. Each Senator represents either a section of the planet, a colony or large company. In a majority rules vote, they decide the laws and course of actions for the Cyberbot Civilization.
However they were extremely corrupt
