Summer comes, once every fifty years, for a six month period. Most of the time, it is eternal blizzard all over the planet.
History[]
The Ice Lords do not allow anyone to land on their planet, all visitors must go to an orbiting space station. The Planetary Federation has attempted to recruit them for decades now, since their first discovery, however the Ice Lords are staunch isolationists.
